If an item does not meet your expectations, the order may be returned within 10 days

Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Only regular priced items can be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
Register your return

Go to hello@laviedesofie.com and register your return (clearly state your name, order number and reason for return)
Packing your return

Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box

Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the condition you received it

Please make sure to place the completed return the box

Shipping your return

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, it will be your responsibility unless it is a defective item

Deliver the package to the post office.

Keep the proof of shipment in a safe place

Once your return has been received and verified, I will email you to let you know that I have received your return re-matched item

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the originally paid shipping and payment costs.

Your refund will be made within 14 days
